This June, I met Ms. Barron at our Reunion, after 54 years!!!&nbsp; After learning that she was a Christian, I invited her to come visit our Baptist church.&nbsp;Miss Barron loved her career as a teacher and counselor working with students from elementary through high school.&nbsp; Since retiring, she has served on several nonprofit boards, and is Coordinator of Volunteers for the Southern Marin Food Bank.&nbsp; She also sings in her Church Choir at the St. Andrew Presbyterian Church in Marin City, where she lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*Next Sunday\u2014All-Church Worship and Picnic, Ortega Park, Sunnyvale, Picnic tickets for purchase today; bus transportation from Chinatown is available; organized games and dessert contest; no SS classes or services at FCBC next Sunday<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*Family Camp is 2 weeks away; registration and brochures are available for you to sign up with Courtney Tsunehara; Scott Shimada will be the guest speaker<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*Fred Hee\u2019s Memorial Service is tomorrow, August 18, 10:00 AM at the Lakeside Presbyterian Church, 201 Eucalyptus St and 19<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue, near Stonestown; Come to celebrate a faithful life in God<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Benediction<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank you, Lord for gathering this crowd together this morning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>May the God of all-encompassing love holds us and the whole human family in caring arms, seeing and blessing us with presence, peace and eternal hope this day and forever.
